It's been some time since I last update my blog. Now then I know quite some people read my blog. Thanks for the support even though there isn't much of a content.
Friday was Saw's Farewell celebration as he is leaving Innotec for good to work for another company. Well, it always bring some unbearable part but well, it's part and parcel of life. People come, people go, we must accept the fact.
It's been a great night out with the guys of our sales team. Going out chilling with them will never fails to bring out my laughter. I think the alcohol was a bit too much for some to take, but I believe most of the people there enjoyed themselves.
Reached home around 3 plus and sleep slight before 5am. Surprisingly, I can still wake up at 8.10am to wash up and prepare for work when my young boss told me to make it at 9am. Whatever it is, I still wake up early and stay awake all the way up to 12 plus that night, thought I was very 'hiong' to be able to 'dong' so long.
This morning wake up at 9 plus and went for my breakfast at Burger King with Karen at CWP before we headed to KTV at Civic Centre. After the KTV session, we made our way to AMK for our band committee meeting discussing about our concert hall issues and the amount for the deposit of the hall. The meeting ended at around 4 plus and after much chatting at the McDonalds, I headed to AMK Hub to get tickets for Astroboy movie.
Initial plan of group movie for "My Girlfriend is an Agent" with Terry, Saw and their GFs and Sam, but ended up sticking to the original plan of me and Sam watching Astroboy. As it's still early, Karen, me and Sam walked around the mall and along the way, me and Sam saw Ray and wife. (what a conincidence)
Walk around some more before we headed to the cinema for the show. The show wasn't that fantastic but overall still can watch as I still quite like the handsome Astroboy. Now I know how Astroboy is formed (I didn't know at first). What impress me the most was the soundtrack for the show, nice arrangement of a full orchestra, most of all it's grand. I believe their music score will be out very soon and a lot of Singapore band will play it in a few months time. Well, there are some touchy part in the movie which drove me to tears (well, I'm an asily teared person FYI).
After movie, we headed to Seletar Airport "Sunset Grill" for dinner, which Sam suggested as he knows that I never went there before. Honestly, the place doesn't look that grand and looks just like any typical seafood hawker area, but the food there taste good. I love their Deep Fried Mushroom as the taste of the patter does not cover the taste of the mushroom, and the best part is that it's real juicy. As for the Buffalo Wings, we tried the 2nd degree spicy wings as Sam was afrais that i can'r take it. Well, first bite taste wierd as it taste rather sour, but after that you can feel the sauce fragrance covering the whole mouth. Wow.. I can't imagine how it taste like to eat the hottest.
As what Sam mention, that place gotta get more people to go and eat together so that each person can have some different dishes and share among themselves, plus the price will be split among the group, which will not be that expensive. i agree.
Left at around 10.30pm and thanks for Sam for the generous ride home (FYI I didn't drive today). As Sam mention it's a bit boring to go in Malaysia to pump petrol alone everytime (plus he is so near to Malaysia as he is sending me home), he asked if I want to follow him to Malaysia to pump petrol, but later forgo the idea since the traffic congestion was quite bad after he called to check out.
Well, some pictures to see for the pass few days and more to be found on facebook. Check them out.
