Went for the Nike human Race 10K yesterday, where thw whole world runs together on the same day. It was super crowded, being that over 10,000 people registered for this run and the registeration was close within 6 days after launch. That's real scary, isn't it?
Anyway, woke up super early yesterday at 5am to get myself prepared to go to Singapore Flyer cum F1 Grand Stand there for the run. Before I headed to the location, I went to McDonalds near my house to get a Filet O Fish burger to fill my stomach before I go for my run. Food is very important for a run, if not you don't have the strength to run.
Reached Marina Square at 6.30am (have to park there as I know the others will be rather packed and jam), and headed over to the baggage deposit to find my friend, Ryan. It's once again Sagittarius unites. Haha. Thought he is running alone but in the end two more of his friends from dragon boat ran together. Great fun people.
After bag deposit, we headed to the starting point and started doing our warm ups. Shortly after, the starting buzz goes off and we started running. The three of them ran off themselves as I don't run that fast (normally) and I normally run at my own pace. Hence after about 1.5K, I am on my own.
I took 1 hour 30 minutes to finish this 10K run, never improve, never deprove. Stagnant. Sigh.
After the run, I went to collect my bag at the baggage deposit and went to look for my friends. Rest for a while and camwhoring for a while before we headed our seperate ways. I went back to office and they went to Kallang Leisure Park for breakfast.
Reached office at around 10am and started to do my cleaning up before I started doing my work. Luckily, office still never give much problem, just that the phone is ringing kinda too much that sometimes I night get a little irritated. on a Saturday, the phone is like ringing and ringing. Gggrrr~~
After I settled my stuff, I went back to home to rest. Apologies Weixiang that I skipped the practice today as I was dead tired and stinks. After reaching home, tried to help my friend on their work, but failed. Only able to solve one problem. Well, this shows that I have gave all my knowledge back to teacher already. Sigh~~
Slept at 11pm all the way until 6am this morning. I have no idea why I wake up so early. I myself was shocked as I should be very tired and should sleep till wee hours today. Still, I wake up at 6am, and I told myself, it's Sunday, i should sleep and continue sleeping. So I forced myself to go back and sleep again. Managed to do so but then, I wake up at 7am, again. Look at the clock and went back to sleep again. 8am I wake up again and same procedure goes on.
All the way till 9am, I gave up trying to sleep back already, hence here I am blogging away early on a Sunday morning. Sianz.
Well, waking up early isn't bad too though. Now is 9.45am and I have finished blogging, checking my emails and all. After my breakfast, I can start on doing my CaseTRUST policy and PTZ brochure before I do my own things (if there are extra time).
Oh ya, I think I missed tell you all, me and my brother were home alone yesterday as our parents went to Batam for a short trip. Later, I'm going to pick them up at 6pm. Then maybe go for dinner at Vivocity or Harbourfront Centre. Shall see how.
