It's Sunday again. Well, yet a boring Sunday. Anyway, felt so refreshed today coz I woke up at almost 12 noon today. Wohoo~ Finally I can don't wake up early on a weekend. Haha.
As I am lazy to go out for meal, I went to the kitchen to cook some food for myself. Had my own creation of meal, suprisingly it's delicious wor. Haha.
Does it look delicious to you?? Haha. I also blend a cup of fruit juice for myself as well. Healthy food for a Sunday.
Well, maybe you may want to try cooking it as well, so I won't be selfish and will share my knowledge on the ingredients with you so that you can try cooking it yourself at home too.
Sausage Potato in Shrooms Omelette
Ingredients:
2 Eggs - Beaten
2 Sausages - Sliced
2 Crabsticks - Sliced
1 Potato - Diced
2 Big Mushrooms - Sliced
3 Tablespoons Water
1 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Tablespoon Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Steps to Cook:
Heat the non-stick pan and put in 1/2 tablespoon oil. Place in the diced potato and cook till soft.
Place in the sausages and crabsticks and stir fry it a little till heated up.
Sautee for awhile before putting in the mushrooms.
Cook and leave to simmer for a while.
While simmering the vegetable, mix the cornflour and 3 tablespoons water together.
Pour in the mixed cornflour water to the vegetables and stir it a bit before taking it out from the pan.
Using the same pan, pour in the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and spread it around the pan before pouring in the beaten egg.
Let the egg fill the whole pan and turn down the fire to low and allow it to cook slowly.
After about 5 to 8 minutes, scoop in the ready cooked mixed vegetables to fill half of the spread egg.
After finishing, turn the other half of the egg over to cover the mixed vegetable, which will make the omelette into a half omelette.
Take it off the fire and place them on the long plate to serve.
* You may want to put cheese in if you like the cheesy taste.
Yuan Yang Apple & Orange Juice
Ingredients:
1 Red Apple - Peeled & Cut
1 Green Apple - Peeled & Cut
1 Orange - Peeled & Cut
Ice Cubes
Steps to blend:
Blend the ice cubes till sandy.
Put in orange and blend.
After the fruits become watery, put in the apples.
Blend till everything mixed well before bring it out to the cup.
Serve with some ice-cubes.
* To be drink immediately.
Hope that the omelette and juice is easy to make. Should be able to do everything in 1 hour. Haha. Try it, you'll be contented with what you've did.
Felt so happy eating my own creation, I believe you will feel the same if you cook them yourself.
Will try making something else next week. Stay tuned.
Time to go downstairs to clean my car and pump petrol for my car before i come back home for Star Awards @ 7pm and continue with the content for our company website, which should be up coming week.

Yet another boring Sunday at home (oh yah, Happy Easter Day to all). Read my emails from work and started to be very stressed out with all the emails I received. Suddenly, I felt like staying home and do nothing for a whole month without doing anything but relax (which I know I can't afford to do so as I know my family need me to work and sustain the family).
Friday was Good Friday, a public holiday after so long. I've organised an outing for NYPAW Committee with some other of the NYPAW members. It was indeed a fun day out, although all are tired out. We went to Sentosa in the morning, followed by Board Games in the evening. What's more to say? It's a wonderful and fruitful day out. Hope that everyone who participated enjoyed the planned event.
Will upload some pictures when I have download the pictures into my computer. Stay tuned for pictures.
Saturday was a working day for me. Initially I took my monthly weekend off on Saturday, hoping to have a long weekend after so long, but realise I couldn't as I think I need to be there as the telephone line installer will be there to install the new telephone line for us, and of course I need to be there to know what is happening. So, my long weekend intention was, shattered. Well, no choice as it's my job to be there anyway, so I cancelled my Saturday off (which I have initially took) and maybe have to shift to next week or so.
Went over to AMK Hub to deliver the power adaptor for exchange of the faulty ones for a customer at Home-Fix before I headed to NYP for band practice. On my way to Home-Fix, I saw Ah Siak doing his promotion of the insurance plan near the bus interchange area. Didn't approached him as he was talking to someone. Hence, I headed to Home-Fix before I went back nd catch up with him. Didn't talk much as I was rushing for time (obviously I was late for band practice) but definitely will meet up soon.
Band practice was overall quite alright. As we are having a section during NYPWO's concert during July, we had tried a few songs and intend to pick two pieces for the performance. However, we didn't come to a conclusion as we will be trying more pieces next week and probably we will be able to settle down with two pieces next week and start practicing on the songs from then on.
I was quite angry with some people at the end of the practice. I kept and clean my instrument before I help out with the rest to pack the scores and stack up the chairs and stands. In the end, I was the last person to leave the room. After I place the stands back in place (was told that we have to stack the chairs and put back the stands at the original place), I saw two stack of scores on the stand and asked ZS where should I put the scores. That stupid ZS say (not in a so polite or thankful manner) "put them back into the cupboard LAH!"
Wah, I was like WTH, I am doing you a favour by helping you to keep the scores LOH, and you are talking to me like that. It's not as if it's my job and I didn't do my job LOH. Quite unhappily, I took the two stack of scores on my hand and look for the right location to hold the scores. After placing the score back in place, I turn back and saw the room empty (all are gone LOH). Thanks to them LOH.
Sometimes, I realise that my good is always been taken for granted, and no one actually appreciate it at all. I swear, I will not help any of you anymore. Not only if you ask. Why should I volunteer and in the end no one is grateful to my helpfulness at all. Wash my hands off, thoroughly.
After practice, as my brother wants to borrow my car to drive his girlfriend out, I thus headed home straight after my band practice. Reached home and started cooking my dinner for myself to eat as I didn't want to go back to AMK Hub to meet them for dinner. Cooked Black Pepper Spaghetti and had it for my dinner before talking on the phone with my ex-colleague Alvin. Poor guy got no one to turn to for his problem between his ex and him, and he cannot talk to his current GF regarding such things of not his GF mood will sway again. Well, maybe we'll meet up some time and talk our hearts out (rather listen more to him talking his heart out).
After which, Meiting, Shiting and Karen came to my house (to borrow my washroom) and pick up to go out for a drink and chat at the nearby pub at Sembawang. We ordered a barrel of Heneiken and some finger food to eat, and of course with Shiting around, we definitely will not miss out our favourite "singing". Haha. Sang a few rounds of songs before we left the place. It's a long long time since I last drink loh. So shiok. Wahaha. (however, I did something quite stupid in the middle of the night that I actually regretted. Think that person will try to ignore and aviod me from now one. Damn! But well, life still goes on so stay happy. YEAH!)
Alright, it's time for me to do my online shopping and relax for a while (my brain is still overwhelmed my work although I'm not doing anything related). And I have this feeling, tonight I will be insomnia again. Argh~ Every Sunday is the same. Damn!

We have lost yet another great vocalist on 6 April morning this year. She has left us quietly, leaving great songs and memories to all her fans and people who enjoyed her songs.
Received this shocking news from YES 93.3 DJ Cruz Teng’s blog, that Taiwan vocalist Ah Sang (阿桑) , passed away on Monday morning due to her late illness at the age of 34. She was always very low profiled on her terminal stage Breast Cancer illness, which was diagnosed some two years back.
Two years ago, she was diagnosed with Lymph Cancer and then was told that the cancer cells have been spreading. Being diagnosed with such illness, even her family members are not much aware of her illness. It was believed that she didn’t want her family members and friends to be worried about her; rather she wants to spend the rest of her life happily and joyously with everyone around her.
Last year, her health condition worsens and was admitted to hospital in Taiwan. Since then, her health has not improved and was defeated by the sick devil after her birthday on February this year.
Her close friends in the entertainment circle have also written blog articles as a tribute to her in memories. Two of her very close friends, Z-Chen and JS both wrote sentimental blog article for her. You can feel how upset they are to have such a great friend been lost so suddenly. From their blogs, you can feel their bonds between each other, just like sworn brothers and sisters.
Even after a few days from her death bed, she is been remembered, even to normal Chinese like you and me. On Thursday morning show “就是万人迷” on Y.E.S. 93.3 under the programme “娱乐大小事”, Cruz Teng did a very nice and sentimental short agenda focusing on the death of 阿桑. With his special arrangement and great editing of all the interviews and blog narration, it definitely drives many listeners to tears.
Popularized by “叶子”, 阿桑 is known as the “Queen of Heart Healer”. With her many slow songs which are closely linked to healing after a relationship end; it’s always known to be rather emotional to those people who listen to it.
阿桑 will always be remembered in the hearts of all people and her songs will always stays, to be the songs that all people will sing in KTV rooms when one met with relationship difficulties.
Rest in Peace, our beloved 阿桑.

I was at Marina Square just now to deliver some stock to Home-Fix at arounf 7.30pm, after my work. idn't want to go home so early, I went walking around Marina Square alone after that.
Went in to this "Epitome" shop located at Level 2 of Marina Square and I was hooked on to the things sold inside. Well, it's not the first time I went in to that shop and the things sold inside is not new to me either, but this time round I really like some of the products sold inside.
While I was walking in, I saw something that caught my eyes. The "Hollywood Clock". So nice can? It's an "Action"board with date and time. I like it la. Wanted to buy on impluse, but when I saw the price, I was disappointed because it's too costly already. One of it cost S$ 149.00. Sad!! If I have this, I'll be so happy la, coz it's my dream to be director, and what's more, it's so stylo loh.
Walking further in, I saw another clock that caught my eyes, again. It's a "Film Clock". It's nice too, but no as unique as compared to the above one. But, this film clock have my favourite color, YELLOW. Haha. It's as costly as well, S$139.00. I think the price is too "steep" already la.
However, I don't mind anyone buying it for me as a gift, LOL. Kidding la. It's fare too expensive already. But still, I'll save up a bit a day and one day I'll save enough to get the Hollywood Clock one day. Hopefully, by then I the clock is still in stock. God bless.
Alrighty, time to go bathing and continue with my content building for my company website. Don't think I have the chance to sleep early tonight already.
