Today is NYPWO/NYPSO’s concert, known as Sinfonique 2008. Initially, I didn’t plan to attend this concert as I know I will be working till very late. But well, since it’s my juniors who are performing, I should show some support.

Hence, I messaged Karen and Zisheng to see if they will be interested to go for the concert as well, which they agreed to.

As usual, I was late for the concert (was actually quite late) as I left office at around 6.30pm and waited for bus for almost half an hour before I reach AMK for my photo printing for the next day’s Emirates interview.

Reached NYP at around 8.30pm (during their interval), and saw some familiar faces which I have not seen for some time now. Nice seeing them again, and it even nicer to see my junior feeling so surprise to see us there (coz we told them we will not be going and they were so sad). Well, hope that we’ve gave you a pleasant surprise!!

It was a great and dun concert that Leonard Tan has brought us and the band has put up a great concert with all the effects. Good job guys!!!!

After that, we as usual went to AMK S11 for dinner. It’s been such a long time since we have such dinner and have such a slow walk towards AMK. It really brought back a lot of great memories. Little did we realize that we have actually graduated for about 2 years, it just seems like it’s yesterday.

Anyway, it was a great dinner, or rather supper, and a great chat with all the cool gossiping and breaking news. Haha. How I wish we can have such small talks and gossips once in a while. How I wish I was still a polytechnic student, with no stress and are so carefree. How I wish I do not need to work and stay as student of NYP and be in the band forever. How I wish…..
