Finished watching the World's First Formula 1 Night Race, I would like to congratulate Singapore for the success in hosting this race so well. Praises have been raised by many people that Singapore has done a very well job in hosting this race.
Not forgetting to congratulate the winner of this race - Fernando Alonso. Although I'm quite disappointed that Lewis Hamilton didn't take the lead, but watching the overall race, it's a wonderful and challenging race, and I believe that racing in Singapore will be a memoriable one for all the racer.
That aside, apart from finishing “Bull Fighting" last week, I am still quite moved and attracted by it. Thus, I have found some great extraction that I like from the series and attached along with this entry. The DVD is avaliable for borrowing, anyone who would like to borrow from me can approach me. I strongly recommend you all to watch (although the ending a bit stupid). Hee...

大家好！又是主播珮芬的华语歌曲介绍厅！
专辑主打歌《稻香》，是杰伦在续《蜗牛》和《听妈妈的话》，再次自己填词填曲。他以简单的文字，表达出对于现代人对于生活与追求完美的思想。
现在我们的生活里有多少时候能放下心来，安静的聆听我们周围大自然的声音？杰伦就大胆的尝试了在歌曲开头加上了蟋蟀声，让听歌的人感觉到大自然的声音也是好听的。
歌词更是写出了大家的想法。一开始的词直率有力的表现了我们常常抱怨的心态：“对这个世界如果你有太多的抱怨，跌倒了就不敢继续往前走，为什麼人要这麼的脆弱、堕落……”
简单的歌词和镇守歌曲所要传达的，就只是简简单单的两个字“知足”。
周杰伦表示，歌曲的创作来源是有感於近来在电视上看见有关天灾的报导，加上身边不少朋友常陷在困难的负面情绪里，他更决定选择《稻香》做为第一主打，他更谦虚表示：“毕竟我也30岁了，趁现在还有影响力，想多为社会心力。”

It's been a busy week for me yet again. Haha. Well, I believe it's been very common seeing myself complain that I'm busy on my blog. Hee. No choice, this is the only place I can complain about myself.
Anyway, last Saturday was my beloved friend, Karen Lim's Birthday. Turning how many years old, that I shall not reveal since it's a secret to lady's age. Haha. Well, was planning for a who lot of suprises fo my beloved friend ahead of time. First was to give her a pleasant surprise at her office on Friday (eve of her birthday), thus I order a bouquet of her favourite flower with a soft toy for her. From what I understand, she likes it a lot (hope you really likes it). Later on, planned to meet her for dinner then to KTV pub initially and she said alright.
However, things changed when she told me she has the tickets to Elva's Concert and will be late. Well, she did ask if I'll be angry but how can I be angry with a birthday girl, right? So, I just said to her, as long as she is happy, the go ahead!
So the whole plan was destroyed in a sense that Jac has no one to change her shift with and will be late too. So I just cancelled the dinner and push back the gathering time to a later time at 9pm. Sister Sherine not too happy at the beginning as she felt cheated (but sister Sherine was happier when she has me to accompany her for shopping therapy, plus my lame lame jokes), so balance la.
After that went over to St. James KTV for a small singing. It's the 6 of us (Karen, Sherine, Jac, Tommy, Ah Siak & me), plus two of Jac's guy friends. Felt a bit wierd, and I can see Sherine felt uneasy too. Hmm... After that, we just didn;t bother that much and sing as much as we can. Well, as usual, I am the manly one who will attempt to challenge myself for guy songs. Hee. But did I mention that Sherine's voice power la. Sister Sherine, you can go for Project Superstar liao, you voice getting more and more power. Bought Karen another present, which is a star shaped necklace (hope she likes it too). Wanted to buy her the Hello Kitty accessories stand that we've saw it two weeks ago at Raffles City, but no longer in sale already. So I was quite disappointed. If not she will have another present already. Sigh.
Anyway, hope she enjoy her big day and likes all the present and the plan made for her. Oh ya, the cake was from Tommy. Hee.
This week was a good week for me. I felt so tired everyday. Sigh. Finally, I finished my quotation generating and designs for whatever stuff that is needed. Now only left design for alarms and IDVRs.
Next Saturday will be my big day too. Not Birthday as mine will be along way to go. It's my Graduation Ceremony. Finally, I've walked so far to reached here. It will be held at Ritz Carlton Hotel Ballroom. We have to report at 10.30am while guests may enter from 12.30pm onwards. The ceremony will start at 2pm and ends approximately 4pm. It yet another exciting and long waiting day again.

It was a busy day as usual today. My colleague was on leave yesterday and due to no bus to return back to Singapore, she has to take an additional day leave. Hence, I will have to do some of her task for her in order to speed up some of the things. I believe she will come back with a big head, because there are really a lot of confirmation on her table.
Less about work, more about life now. Hee...
I was catching the Taiwan Idol Series of "斗牛,要不要" recently and was very hooked to the show. Well, can't deny that I had always like to watch Taiwan Idol Series and will be very emotional when I watch all this shows. I can be so into the show that I will start imagining about romantic things and feeling for the artiste. Like one of my friend had said "you watch too much tv already!"
Thinking back, actually what he said wasn't any wrong. I watch quite a few Taiwan Idol Series, which really affect me quite a lot, in a sense of thinking and feeling. Now I don't know if the love that I'm going for the aim of fairy tale or not. But which girl or lady don't like romantic guys, and who won't get emtional seeing people in love can't be in love, and seeing the person who love that girl, only able to stand there, knowing that the girl he likes actually fall for another guy. Who won't be touched seeing such a generous guy, who will give up his long beloved girl just because he wants her to be happy.
Argh~~ Now you understand why my friend says I watch too much TV, I'll be very moved by all this little bit of things, just like now, feeling emotional again. Hee..
Taking about love, romance and couples, while I was on my way to work yesterday and was travelling on the MRT to my workplace, I saw this couple which makes me feel like slapping them just right in front of me. Why did I say so?
The incident was like this. I was on board the MRT from my house travelling east to work and the train was as usual - packed. I as usual have no seats avaliable for me to sit, so I stand near the door area. Shifting from place to place to make space for more people to board the MRT, I shift to a location in front of this couple. I think they are Malaysia, both of them are. And they are liek kissing every like 2 minutes, any what's more, IN FRONT OF ME. Yes!! Can you imagine seeing a couple kissing all the way in front of you,even in the pack train.
I thought I was the only one inferior, but no, the other passenger on board also saw it and they began to look at them with a kind of weird looking way. Why can't they just stand still and kiss when they are part and have to kiss all the way from the time they board the train till they part. It makes me feel so "disgusted".
Well, enough of it as I feel so uneasy now thinking back. It's just in front of me and the image is so strong. Argh~~~
I think I better continue watching my Taiwan Idol Series and continue crying with emotion. Hee.

最近发现到杰伦有一首奥运歌非常好听。可惜的是，这首歌没被选作奥运主题歌。
歌词是如此优雅，完美。歌曲就跟不必说。
整首歌给的感觉是如此奇妙，会让人有一种感动的感觉。
但是觉得整首歌友也地方怪了一点，也就是那个中国风的部分。
方文山的词，周杰伦的曲，两人再度合作，呈现了有一首非同凡响的好歌。

Hasn't been updating my blog again. Once again, I'm so sorry for not updating due to my pack schedule and my lack of time, despite me finishing my course. Realise that I can never be free. Argh. Where is my personal time man~~
Some updates on the apst few weeks. I went to change my normal broadband connection to mio plan, which combines internet, home phone and mobile phone bills together. After much calculations, I found out that I actually save up to about 40% of the amount that I am paying for my bills. From S$90 over to S$50 plus plus. Cool. Moreover, I can now use the broandband wireless, no longer is there a need for me to plug in my portable router for convenience internet connection anymore. What's more? When I apply for the mio plan, there was a promotion with a S$100 off any handset that I get when I apply for the plan, hence I got myself a new phone as well. Initially wanted to get W910i, which is similar to that of Karen's phone, but after much consideration, I decided to get the newer version, W760i, which I don't have to pay a single cent for the phone. Cool. I got the intense black color one, and it comprises of my favourite color, yellow and black. Hee. Love the color so much. But still, I prefer my old phone, W810i, which is my all time favourite. Now it's been my marketing hotline already. Wahaha.
Since I changed my broadband for my house, I planned tgo change the desktop in my brother's room. Thus, I went to Courts to search for a cheap and good computer, which I got it for my brother as his 21st birthday present.
Have been cleaning and clearing the stuff for the mio router installation and the new computer to be in place and realise that 5 years of dirt and dust is nothing funny. I was so shocked when I was doing the cleaning and nearly wanted to give up. Nevertheless, I have accomplish my task in clearing the dirt and dust and now it's been very clean, and of course, I am very satisfied with what I have done. Hope that my brother like the new desktop that I've specially chose for him, although the platform is a Window Vista platform.
Saturday was a busy day for me although it was my official weekend off. I woke up in ther morning quite early as I can no longer continue to sleep, thus I went for a jog around my neighbourhood. After that, I climb the stairs up to my house before I wash myself up. After settling everything, I waiting for the Singtel people to come help me fix up my mio broadband router, which he was late and the installation drags till around 2pm. There after I change up and headed to my grandpa house, feeling that I have not visited him for the past few weeks. At around 5pm, I rush myself to Suntec City to collect my KPE Swing top, which I need to wear it during my 5KM run this Sunday (14 Sep). There after we went to Soup Spoon for our dinner and then headed to Boat Quay's certain KTV Pub for a drink. It was certainly a cool and great night out with my cool friend Karen, as I always have no problem talking cork and pouring our our feelings and sharing opinions together. (That is why we are from Marketing [for me it's previously]) My dear friend, I'm always around and a phone call or an SMS away, need me, ring my phone. You know I'll always be there for you. And that goes to all my other friends. Need me, give me a ring. Hee. I can't promise I can give good opinions or advice, but at least I can lend you my listening ears and maybe curse and swear together with you. Haha.
Fixed up the new computer on Monday and it took me several hours to complete all the download and set ups. Phew~ Now then I know I am really a technical person. Haha. Manly lady out here. Haha.
Yesterday I went to my brother;s POP ceremony. It was my first time attending such ceremony and frankly, i felt a sense of sentimental and touch in my heart. Drove some tears to my eyes at some point of the time as it reminds me of my polytechnic life when I was in band. I still misses that period of time, where I have no worries and I can be with all my friends all the while and giggle all I can. Friends and bandmates, I really miss you all a lot.
This few days will be busy days for me as I am having a lot of things to do and catch up for my marketing campaign which I need to settle by end of the week, or rather beginning of next week. Need to communicate with our suppliers and also do up deisgn for the brochures for our products as well as specification brochure design. Argh. Time isn't enough for me man. Haha. BUt I know I can complete the task by hook or by crook. Haha. Have faith in yourself and you'll do it.
Yeah!!!!
Alrighty.. Smelly pig is going for her shower already and turn in early for a nore energised tomorrow. Hee.
