Well, it's been a week and there's been quite a lot of things happening this week.
First, two of my colleague (sales side) went for "high-key" reservist, which will take them 3 weeks to finish. Well, one were lucky to be able to book out and defer to later date, but the other one (my main salesperson) were not so fortunate.
Therefore, we are quite lack of employee here, and I will have to go on behalf of them to meet clients. Well, one of my colleague got his confirmation terminated on Tuesday itself, which I could possibly reply on previously for smaller case appointment. Not I have to cover him as the new stuff (a china girl who is still not farmiliar with our company products and way of working).
Wednesday went to two appointments with my other salesperson before we knock off early for our Dinner & Dance at night. It was a great night out. I was there, quite high (no idea why), drank a few cups of red wine and played a few games. During lucky draw, I was drawn with a "cloth iron". Cool~ Gave it to my mum. After that, my boss as me to organised an Innotec company outing to KTV after dinner. So I did the booking to Party World at Shenton Way after our dinner, a whole lot of an 11 people. Boss opened two bottle of Martel and mixers for us to drink and I was damn unlucky. Initially was thinking of trying to make boss drank so we can make him agree to start work at 1pm the next day, but damn, no one told us that boss is a good drinker.
I was aimed at and was pulled to accompany him to drink. I lost count of how many cups I drink, I think highly above 20 cups. Keep drinking and drinking. God~ I was quite drunk by the time I leave for him. Thanks for my colleague to send me home, great bunch of guys.
The next day, still sober, went to office at 10 plus and after reaching office, I and my fellow colleague went to meet customers again. Went for the whole day and never went back to office after that. Now I know that Sembawang have many hidden places with great food to eat. My colleague brought me to Burukoo for lunch-dinner, and the food there was delicious. Ma-Ma-Mi-A. Haha. That day was the first time I hold so much money. Scary. A cash of S$1200, a cheque of S$13k, another cheque of S$14k, another cheque of S$1000. Wah~ If I lost that whole envelop that I put the money in, I will cry man, or I think I will commit suicide. Haha.
Yesterday went to meet customer in the morning again as my colleague initially was to go Vietnam as there was an exhibition there. After my appointment at Orchard Tower, just before I was to go back to office, he ring me up and I was shocked to hear his voice. He didn't go to Vietnam in the end. Argh~~ Made me go meet the client myself. :(
After that, waited for him to pick me up at Marina Square to go meet up with other customers that I have that day. So went over to Home-Fix to collect Gary's attendance list. After waiting for my colleague to finish his meal, we went up to our client's office to take a look at the site, which we installed cameras and access control (half way through though).
After meeting all the customers, we rushed back to office. Had a small discussion with boss and after that settle with all my quotations that I have yet to send to all my clients that I met up with. I still have tonnes of them to complete. Sigh.
I have a very strong feeling that my boss is going to convert me to Sales & Marketing instead of the initial Marketing Communications Executive. Damn!!! I shouldn't have closed so much deals in one week. Argh!!! I'm overloaded.
Finally, my On Campus schedule is out. My on-campus module will start on 21st Apr next year, and I have to leave Singapore before that. A whole stretch of 2 months I won't be in Singapore, so guys don't miss me too much!! Haha. I think I have to start saving up for the trip, air tickets isn't cheap!!! So people who intend to meet me there for touring, do meet me on 17th May onward, which my on campus modules are over and is able to go out field. Haha. I planned to stay there till 20th June before I come back for my work (which I will be poor by then). Lovely. Will have to plan for my touring and places to go, and driving route too coz renting a car there is much much more cost effective than taking their public transport. :)
